7. Ship your return package back via your local postal service, UPS or FedEx, or other shipping company of your choice. Make sure to ask for a tracking number.

- Name on order
- Order ID
- Item & quantity returned
- Lot/batch number of each container
- Return tracking number
- Reason for return (see #5 above).
