UDH - Are the herbs wild crafted or grown using modern methods?

The Proprietary Blend in UDH Ultimate Internal Cleansing Fiber is derived from 14 herbs, fruits and other plants that provides 8 grams of dietary fiber per 1-tablespoon serving. Some of these ingredients are sourced from wildcrafted herbs such as rhubarb and slippery elm. Others are from cultivated or conventionally grown plants, cultivation methods that allow for some pesticide use. For those materials from plants that may be more susceptible to pesticide residues such as papaya, aloe vera, and marshmallow, pesticide screening is routinely performed to help ensure the purity of the materials.
