UDH - Importance of following the instructions
You should follow the included directions as closely as possible for best results. Our experience is that Ultimate Digestive Health does not interfere with medications or other nutritional supplements. However, if you are taking medications, we recommend you take them 2 hours before or after the fiber drink. The fiber tends to thicken and can bind around medications and may prevent proper absorption. For this reason, you should not take the fiber and anti parasite support together. If you are unable to reschedule your medications, you can change the time of your fiber drink to immediately before lunch.
