UDH - Can I use alcohol during my cleanse?

 It is best not to use alcohol during the cleanse. Alcohol slows digestion and may take away some of your ability to cleanse properly. Plus you want to be fully hydrated when on the cleanse, and alcohol is dehydrating and may lead to problems including constipation.
